Delivery & payment

We ship every order from Dhaka through courier partners that cover all 64 districts. You pay cash when the parcel reaches you - there is no advance payment and no online payment step.

• Inside Dhaka city: 1-2 days after we confirm the order.
• Outside Dhaka: 2-4 days by courier, depending on how far the nearest branch is.

Fridays and government holidays are not counted as working days. During Eid and other peak weeks the courier network runs slower than usual, and we will tell you on the confirmation call if your order is affected.

• Orders of ৳5,000 or more ship free, anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Below ৳5,000 there is a flat {fee} delivery charge - one charge per order, however many bottles are in it.

The charge is calculated on your cart subtotal before delivery, and it is shown on the cart page before you place the order, so there is nothing to discover at the door.

Cash on delivery is the only payment method we accept today. Hand the exact amount to the delivery rider, keep the receipt, and check the box before you pay - sealed parcels can be refused at the door at no cost to you. See the returns policy for what happens after that.

We never ask for card details, PIN numbers or OTPs - not on the phone, not in chat, not ever. Treat anyone who does as a fraud attempt.

Every order is confirmed by a phone call to the number you gave us before it is packed. That one call is what protects both sides against fake orders, so please use a number you actually answer. If we cannot reach you after two attempts on the same day, the order waits rather than ships.

• The rider will call before arriving. If nobody is available, ask them to re-attempt the next day rather than returning the parcel.
• Wrong or incomplete address is the most common cause of a failed delivery - correct it with us on the confirmation call, not with the courier.
• To cancel before dispatch, call or WhatsApp 01813-683889 the same day. Once the parcel is with the courier, refuse it at the door instead.
