Terms of service

These terms apply to Ros Aurora (রোজ অরোরা), a fragrance and skincare shop operating from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them. Reach us on 01813-683889 or rosauroraofficial@gmail.com.

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are the price for that item as listed.
• Delivery is added on top unless the order reaches ৳5,000, as set out on the delivery page.
• Prices, discounts and stock change without notice. Offer prices run while that batch lasts.

A product listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation call, or a price was published in error, we will tell you and you can switch products or cancel at no cost.

An order becomes a contract only once we have verified it with you by phone. Until that call happens we may decline or cancel any order - including where stock has run out, the address falls outside courier coverage, the phone number does not work, or the order looks fraudulent. You must give a working phone number and a complete, correct address.

Payment is cash on delivery. We do not take advance payments or online payments today.

Everything we stock is 100% original and imported; we do not sell copies or refills. Bottle photography is representative - packaging artwork changes between production batches, and the way a fragrance develops differs from person to person.

• Fragrances and skincare are for external use only, and are not intended for anyone under 12 without adult supervision.
• Test a small amount on your skin first. Stop using the product and see a doctor if you react to it.
• Alcohol-based perfume is flammable. Keep bottles away from heat, flame and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Sealed parcels can be refused at the door before payment, opened perfume and skincare cannot be returned, and wrong or damaged items are replaced free when reported within 48 hours with photos. The full detail is on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

The chat assistant generates its answers automatically and can be wrong about price, stock or delivery. Nothing it says creates an obligation for us - the product page and our confirmation call are what count. How your messages are handled is described in the privacy policy.

The text, product photography and design on this site belong to Ros Aurora. Do not copy them for another shop or marketplace listing without our written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or place orders you do not intend to accept.

Where something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to replace the product or refund what you paid for it, including the delivery charge. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier network, strikes, weather or other events outside our control, though we will keep you informed and you may cancel an undelivered order at any point.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls to the courts of Dhaka. If we change these terms, the updated version appears on this page with a new date; the version in force when you ordered is the one that applies to that order.
